1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. shredded cucumber
2 tbsp. finely minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add vinegar and chill until slightly thickened. Add remaining ingredients and chill until firm.
