SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
3 (8 oz.) boxes frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
16 oz. sour cream
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and top with corn flake mixture.

CORN FLAKE MIXTURE:

2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix together. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
