CREAMY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of potato soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 lg. onion, chopped

Thaw potatoes. Combine with remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased 2-quart casserole at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until golden brown on top.
