Boil and pour over flour and sugar mixture:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water

Flour and sugar mixture:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Salt

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Make icing while cake bakes.

ICING:

Melt:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
Vanilla
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook for at least 5 minutes and pour over hot cake.
