3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
6 heaping tsp. Hershey's cocoa, sifted
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Pour water over all and stir with fork until well blended. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
