3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar

Mix the above ingredients together with a sifter into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Make three holes in the dry ingredients. In the first hole put 2 tablespoons vinegar. In the second hold put 2 teaspoons vanilla. In the third hole put 8 tablespoons oil. Pour 2 cups of water over all and mix with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
