3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. cold water

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
