BROCCOLI - CHEESE DIP 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
2 (6 oz.) tubes processed garlic flavored cheese spread
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. mushrooms, chopped

Microwave: Cook broccoli in covered casserole in microwave oven 14 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine celery, onion and butter; cook in microwave 4 minutes. Melt cheese in microwave about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms, cook 1 minute. Combine all ingredients, serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips, potato chips or Ritz crackers. Yields 4 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
