CHOCOLATE MUFFINS 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 sq. chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour and eggs. Melt chocolate and butter, stir in nuts. Combine with flour mixture. Add vanilla. Stir to mix. Pour into greased or paper lined cupcake cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
