SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE CHIP
MUFFINS
 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cultured sour cream
1 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients except chips. Fold in chips. Pour into paper-lined tins. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Makes approximately 2 dozen. They keep very well.
