SPINACH DIP 
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and chopped
1 loaf crusty onion rye bread

Mix all the ingredients, except loaf of bread, together in a bowl. Refrigerate. Slice vegetables such as celery, cucumber, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli and any other fresh vegetables that you wish to use with the dip. Approximately one hour before serving cut out center of the loaf of bread and slice the cut-out part into cubes. Place "bread bowl" on tray, scoop vegetable dip into "bowl" and arrange veggies and bread around the bowl. Enjoy.
