1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise (can use light or reduced fat)
1 pkg. Knorr vegetables soup and recipe mix
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions chopped

Combine all above ingredients, cover and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables, chips or crackers.
