2 boxes frozen spinach
1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix

Drain spinach until all water is out, and it is very dry. Mix other ingredients and add to spinach. Mix well.
