2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Hollow out a round bread loaf. Pour dip inside hollow. Arrange bread pieces around edge of loaf and use for dipping.
