STUFFED BAKED FRANKS 
1 lb. of lg. franks
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 c. of water
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. pickle relish
3 slices of American cheese, cut in strips

Cut franks lengthwise almost to opposite side. Cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Combine stuffing mix, onion, water, catsup and pickle relish, mix well. Mound stuffing on top of franks. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 or 15 minutes. Top franks with cheese strips and return to oven and heat until cheese melts. Approximately 3 minutes.
