STUFFED BEEF BAKE | |
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 1/4 c. minced onion 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 tsp. mustard 1 egg 1 tsp. pepper 2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 tbsp. pickle relish 1/4 tsp. salt Mix first 5 ingredients with 1/4 cup tomato sauce. Pack into 6"x10" shallow baking dish. Make 6 wells on top of meat mixture. Combine bread with remaining ingredients; spoon into wells. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees; drain fat. Bake 20 minutes more. Yield: 6 servings. |
