ROCKY ROAD CANDY | |
1 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.) 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 2 tbsp. butter 2 c. unsalted peanuts 10 oz. miniature marshmallows Mix chocolate chips, Eagle Brand milk and butter in a pot on the stove. Heat until the chocolate chips are melted and blended. After the first 3 ingredients are blended pour over the peanuts and marshmallows. Pour mixture into a wax paper lined pan and chill for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares. |
