ROCKY ROAD CANDY 
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. colored marshmallows
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. walnuts, chopped

Melt chocolate chips in butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and nuts. Pour onto waxed paper and form into a log shape. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before cutting. Makes great gifts for teachers or unexpected guests. Have the kids help because it's so easy!!
