CAULIFLOWER IN CREAM SAUCE | |
1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerettes Boil cauliflower in salted water until barely tender. Drain and set aside. Keep warm. CREAM SAUCE: 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk or cream 1/4 tsp. salt Paprika (opt.) Melt butter; stir in flour and seasoning. Slowly stir in milk, bring to boiling point. Boil 2 minutes. Stir constantly. Add paprika if desired. Pour over cooked, drained cauliflower. |
