CAULIFLOWER IN CREAM SAUCE 
Cauliflower
1 1/2 to 2 lbs.. Velveeta cheese
1 can evaporated milk or regular milk
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Parboil cauliflower until almost tender. Cut it up after cooled. In heavy pot, add butter until it melts on low. Add flour and milk, salt and pepper. After flour is dissolved, add cauliflower. Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes. Tastes better the next day.
