ICING FOR RED VELVET CAKE 
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (soft)
1 stick butter (soft)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 box powdered sugar

In small bowl mix cream cheese and butter together. Mix until well blended. Add powdered sugar. Mix well. Add vanilla and mix. Spread on cooled cake.
