RED VELVET CAKE ICING 
1 stick butter
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Cream butter, shortening and sugar.

2. Add flour, milk and vanilla.

3. Beat with mixer for about 12 minutes until peaks are formed.
