LEMON ICEBOX DESSERT 
3 egg yolks, well beaten
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 lemon rind, grated
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. and 1 tbsp. sugar
3 egg whites, well beaten
1 c. cream or Carnation milk
Crushed vanilla wafers

Combine first five ingredients and cook until thick. Fold in whipped cream and stiffly beaten egg whites. Sprinkle pan bottom and top with wafer crumbs. Makes 2 trays.
