CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Add water. Bring to a good boil. Take off heat and add butter and vanilla. Spread on cake while frosting is still hot.
