MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE | |
26 oz. crushed pineapple 2 c. plain flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients and bake 30-35 minutes or until done. ICING: 2 c. powdered sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter Mix ingredients. Frost cake when cool. |
