LO-CAL RANCH DRESSING OR DIP 
1 c. Weight Watchers mayonnaise
1 c. non-fat plain yogurt
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. dried onion flakes

Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate. To make it thinner for a dressing, use food processor blender, or thin with buttermilk.
