GOLDEN LOAF CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. apricot nectar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-flavor gelatin
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. lemon extract

Combine first 3 ingredients. Mix well. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lemon extract. Beat egg whites stiff but not dry. Fold in batter. Spoon into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees until cake tests done.
