CREAMY CUCUMBER DILL SAUCE 
Combine 1 cup dairy sour cream, 3/4 cup finely chopped, peeled and seeded cucumber, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon dill weed. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
