“CINNAMON CORNBREAD LOAF” IS IN:

CINNAMON CORNBREAD LOAF 
2 (8 1/2 oz. ea.) boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk or half & half
8 oz. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. honey
1 or 2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease and flour standard loaf pan.

Combine all ingredients and mix well by hand with wooden spoon. Batter may be lumpy. Pour into loaf pan.

Bake at 400°F for about 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool completely and chill. May be sliced and browned in toaster or fry pan. Store wrapped in refrigerator.
