84 baby marshmallows
2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

Mix together and pour into a 9 x 12 inch pan. Put chocolate cake mix on top and sprinkle nuts on top before baking. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Invert cake when serving so bottom of cake is served on top. Serve with whipped cream and a cherry on top.
