2 cans peas, drained
2 thin slices onion, finely chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1 piece pimento, finely chopped
1 tbsp. pickle relish
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Chill before serving.
