COLD ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
2 cans Le Sueur peas, drained
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1 sm. jar of pimentos, chopped and drained

Mix above ingredients in a dish.

1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar

Boil oil, vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves. Pour over remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and chill overnight before serving. Delicious with roast beef or most dry meat.
