1 c. peas, drained
1 c. sweet pickle relish
4 tbsp. grated cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 pimento, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
mayonnaise

Mix with mayonnaise (use judgement on how much). Serve on lettuce leaf.
