ORANGE FRENCH TOAST 
2 beaten eggs
1 c. orange juice
10 slices sour dough bread
1 1/2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
butter

Combine eggs and orange juice. Quickly dip bread into egg mixture, then into crumbs.

Fry on both sides in 1 tablespoon of butter until brown. (Add more butter each time more bread is added to grill). Serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
