ORANGE TARRAGON SALAD 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
Lettuce
Slivered almonds

Drain oranges. Break lettuce in bite size pieces. Whisk together ingredients for dressing. Refrigerate. Just before serving mix together and top with almonds.
