TARRAGON CHICKEN SALAD 
2 lg. eggs
2 tbsp. vinegar
3-4 heaping tbsp. tarragon leaves
2 heaping tsp. green peppercorn
2 tsp. chopped parsley
5-6 chicken breasts, cooked & diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. green pepper
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tbsp. chopped shallots or onions

Put all ingredients in blender. Add cooked diced chicken. Serve on bed of lettuce.
