CORN SALAD 
1 (15 oz.) can yellow corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can white or shoe peg corn, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste; refrigerate.
