FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 c. walnuts
1 1/2 c. sweetened strawberries
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. cream (whipped)

Stir together first 3 ingredients with nuts and spread evenly in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes. (I withhold about 1/8 cup of crumbs for top.)

Combine egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla in bowl until holds stiff peak (10 minutes). Fold in whipped cream. Put in cooled crust and top with remaining crumbs.
