FROSTY FRUIT MEDLEY 
3/4 c. graham cracker or cookie crumbs
1 c. whipping cream
1 can vanilla or cream cheese frosting (ready to spread)
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. whole strawberries or blueberries
1/2 c. seedless grapes
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. sliced peaches
1 can mandarin oranges
10 maraschino cherries, halved
Sm. can crushed pineapple

Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs in bottom of 8 inch square pan. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in frosting and all fruit. Spoon over crumbs in pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Freeze 4 hours. Allow to thaw at room temperature 1 1/2 hours before serving.

Makes 16 servings.
