FRUIT MEDLEY 
1 can pie filling (peach and cherry work well)
1 can chunk pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Fresh fruits in season - bananas, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, nectarines
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 angel food cake or pound cake

Mix all fruits together with pie filling. Refrigerate to set. Spoon over slices of cake. Top with Cool Whip. Or break cake in pieces and add to fruit mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated until used. (If fruit is done this way, cake does absorb moisture so mixture becomes dry if not used that day.)
