CHICKEN CUTLETS 
1 whole chicken breasts, boned and split
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. diced green pepper

Coat chicken with flour mixed with salt. In small skillet, heat oil until hot. Add chicken breast; saute 3 minutes each side. Remove and set aside. Add onion; saute 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and green pepper. Return chicken and bring to boil - reduce heat and simmer covered until chicken is tender about 15 minutes.

Optional: Top chicken breast with sliced Mozzarella cheese. Cover and simmer until melted, about 3 minutes.
