BROCCOLI SALAD | |
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli 1 c. sweet onions, chopped 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1 c. golden raisins 1/2 c. Bac-O-Bits or 6 slices bacon 1 sm. Ranch dressing Cut broccoli into bite size pieces, using tender stems and floweretts. Add onions (either chopped or in rings), water chestnuts or raisins. Pour Ranch dressing over and mix - store covered in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Add Bac-O-Bits or 6 slices of fried bacon crumbled just before serving. Mix well. |
