BROCCOLI 'N OLIVE SALAD | |
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 1 1/2 c. stuffed olives, finely sliced 1 med. onion, chopped 6 eggs, hard boiled and chopped 5 oz. water chestnuts, sliced 1/2 c. mayonnaise Combine thawed broccoli, olives, onion, eggs and water chestnuts. Coat with mayonnaise. Serve chilled in bowl or in hollowed out honeydew melon shell. |
