BROCCOLI OLIVE SALAD 
2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. red onion, sliced thin
4 oz. stuffed green olives
3 hard-cooked eggs (optional)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Italian dressing

Steam broccoli tender but crisp. Cut into bite-size pieces. Mix mayonnaise and Italian dressing. Pour over vegetables to coat. Cover and chill overnight. Keeps several days.
