PAULA'S BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, cut off into flowerettes
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and then crumbled
1 scant c. raisins
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Toss with following dressing: 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup red wine vinegar.
