I have been using this recipe for about 2 months. It is absolutley wonderful and delicious!! I also reduced my cooking time by 2 minutes so the cookies would be a little softer. Thank you "Bryan" for sharing this recipe!

They are chewy, and that's what I wanted, but with all that sugar plus an extra cup of raisins they are just too sweet for my taste. It's a matter of taste, but if I make these again I will try the recipe with about half the sugar.

Bryan, I love these cookies. I tweaked the recipe just a bit and doubled the vanilla/omitting the water and added 3/4 c chopped walnuts. They've become my whole family's favorite cookies!!

These are chewy and delicious! They consistently turn out great each time we bake them. I switch it up by adding Craisins instead of raisins, sometimes I add choc chips and nuts. This is a great base recipe! Our family favorite!
