BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 c. milk
4 slices bread, cubed

Saute sausage, drain. Beat eggs with milk and salt. Layer sausage, bread, and cheese in 9x13 inch dish. Pour egg mixture over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
