BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. shredded cheese
6-8 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 slices bread, crust removed
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

1. Place bread in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch dish.

2. Brown sausage; drain, add mustard. Sprinkle mixture over bread.

3. Add cheese over sausage.

4. Mix eggs, milk, whipping cream and remaining ingredients. Pour over sausage and cheese mixture.

5. Store covered in refrigerator overnight.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until set.
