EASY & DELICOUS BANANA PUDDING 
This pudding will be enjoyed by all.

3 to 4 medium sized bananas, sliced
4 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. banana instant pudding
2 cups of Cool Whip or whipping cream
1 tbsp. vanilla (or brandy)
evaporated milk
half & half
vanilla wafers

Mix pudding according to the directions on the package, substituting half & half and evaporated milk for regular milk (1 cup of each per package of pudding mix). Add vanilla (or brandy), the pudding mix and Cool Whip together. Stir by hand or use a mixer set on the lowest setting. Stir until mixture is nice and smooth. Now you begin the layers.

Begin with a layer of pudding mix, a layer of vanilla wafers, a layer of bananas. Repeat until the container is full.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
