TUNA FISH PIE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 slice onion, finely chopped
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 c. boiling water
1 c. chicken soup
12 oz. can tuna fish
1 stalk celery (chopped)
3 hard boiled eggs

Put into saucepan, the butter and melt. Add the onion, stir and cook until slightly yellowed, then add the flour, salt and pepper. When the mixture is smooth, add the milk. Cook until smooth, then add the boiling water, hot chicken soup. When cooked put into a buttered casserole dish and add the tuna fish, celery and eggs. Top with biscuit dough. Cooked turkey or chicken may be substituted for the tuna fish.
